Troubleshooting MS WinOS issues and basic knowledge of MS Office & DOS.
Basic Networking knowledge for troubleshooting

Troubleshoot multiple transports
o DSL
o Cable
o EVDO
o T1
o IDSL
o VSAT
o Fiber
Troubleshooting VOIP issues.
Assist Installers and Troubleshooting install issues
NAP Ticketing and Case management process/procedures
Knowledge of multiple ticketing Systems
o CRM
o Installer Portal
o Bellsouth Portal
o Covad Portal
o New Edge
o Verizon
o ATT
o Big River VOIP portal
Basic soft skills for handling calls
