Requirements:
• Age: 30 to 45 years old
• Sex: Indistinct
• Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting/finance leadership experience. 4 years auditing experience.
• Strong Knowledge in Mexican accountant principles and US Gaap
• Bachelor degree in accounting
• Need to speak fluent English (100%)
• Experience managing staff
Desirable:
• MBA a plus
• CPA a Plus
• Specialty Finance
• Specialty Tax Law
Functions:
• Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliation and corporate/overhead cost allocation.
• Generating and distributing of monthly system financial reports.
• Matching of supplier invoice, purchase order, receipt acknowledgement, and other required documents or information to comply with disbursement policy
• Reviewing of the effective tax rate, property tax liabilities, payment of the monthly and yearly taxes, interim and year-end audit schedules and reserve analysis.
• Support and coordination of external and internal audit and responding to special request form the auditors and management.
• Establishing of finance function policies in accordance with general business plans
• Preparing of payroll taxes.
We offer
• $35,000.00 to $40,000.00
• Workdays: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm
